Easy Chicken Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients:

•  Boneless Chicken Breasts

• Bell Peppers

• Shredded cheese

• Flour Tortilla Bread

• A pack of El Paso fajita seasoning

What To Do:

1. After you clean your chicken and season (with a seasoning of your choice) just let your chicken thoroughly cook. After it cools off you shred it into pieces and sit aside.

2. You can start your peppers next. I usually buy mine already chopped but you can easily chop the peppers. In a lightly greased pan you just let your peppers cook while stirring them around so they don't stick to the pan. It doesn't take long for peppers to cook, about 15 minutes.

3. Now you're ready for your tortilla bread. So you put one of your tortillas down in a lightly greased pan on low heat. Then you put some of your chicken, peppers, and cheese on top of that one. Put  another tortilla on top of that one. You take a spatula and press down gently. Flip it over after about 1 minute, then press down again. You'll want your heat low because you don't want the bread getting too hard. When it's crisp enough to your liking you can place your quesadilla on a plate and cut diagonally one way and then the other way so you'll have 4 pieces. You can also add sour cream on top if you're into that.  Good luck, hope you enjoy!
